Cancellations

Cancellations by you

All sales are final. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, and the amount paid is non-refundable. Please make sure your booking details are correct before confirming.

If an event is cancelled or rescheduled

• If an event is cancelled by the organiser and not rescheduled, we will pass on any refund we are able to recover from the ticket supplier or venue for the face value of the affected tickets.
• If an event is rescheduled, tickets normally remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, any refund is subject to what the supplier or venue permits.
• Fixtures, dates and kick-off times for sporting events can change at short notice. Such changes are not a cancellation by us and do not entitle you to a refund of our service.
