Ticket Delivery

Bucket List Exp sells official event tickets. Because these are event tickets, "shipping" refers to how your tickets are delivered to you electronically. We do not post physical tickets.

How your tickets are delivered

• Tickets are delivered electronically, by email or mobile ticket transfer.
• Tickets are delivered no later than 24 hours before the match. Some tickets are released by the venue or supplier closer to the event date; where that is the case, delivery may be shortly before this window but always before the 24-hour point.
• You will receive delivery instructions at the email address and phone number provided at the time of booking.

Delivery cost

There is no separate delivery charge. Electronic delivery is included in the ticket price.

If you have not received your tickets

If you have not received your tickets within 24 hours of the match, contact us immediately using the details in the footer and we will resolve it before the event.
