Refunds

Our policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. Because event tickets are time-sensitive and secured on your behalf once you confirm, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, inability to attend, or travel or personal circumstances.

Limited exceptions

• Event cancelled and not rescheduled: we will refund the face value of the affected tickets to the extent we are able to recover it from the supplier or venue.
• Tickets not delivered: if we fail to deliver valid tickets for your event, you are entitled to a full refund.

How refunds are paid

Where a refund is due, it is made to the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable period for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
