These terms govern your use of the Bucket List Exp website and your purchase of tickets through us. By placing an order you agree to them.
Who we are
Bucket List Exp sells official tickets to sporting and entertainment events. We source tickets through authorised channels.
Orders and pricing
- Prices are shown per ticket and may be displayed in US Dollars (USD) or the event's local currency. Where USD is shown, it is converted at a fixed rate for display; the amount charged is the amount shown at checkout.
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if tickets become unavailable, in which case you are not charged or are refunded in full.
- Prices and availability can change until an order is confirmed.
Payment
Payment is taken through our payment provider. You will be billed by the descriptor shown at checkout.
Delivery
Tickets are delivered electronically no later than 24 hours before the event, as described in our Ticket Delivery policy.
All sales final
All sales are final and non-refundable except as set out in our Refunds and Cancellations policies.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate booking and contact details.
- Comply with the venue's and organiser's conditions of entry.
- Not resell tickets bought from us in breach of the event's terms.
Liability
We are not responsible for changes to event dates, times or line-ups made by organisers, or for your travel or other costs . Our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
